Guildford City SC Level 3 End of Season Meet, taking place at Surrey Sports Park, Guildford on 4th and 5th July 2026.
Entries for clubs can be submitted by using the SwimComp entry form to upload your HyTek compatible entry file:
Entries open at Midday on Monday 4th May 2026 and close at Midday on Wednesday 20th May. Any entries submitted outside this window will not be accepted.
We are not accepting individual entries for this meet.
Entries will be processed shortly after closing and accepted entries will be shared within one week of the closing date.
Please do not send any payment for entry fees until you receive an email with us detailing accepted entries and how, how much and when to pay.
Withdrawals of swimmers who have had their entries accepted should be made by completing the form below:
A reserve list form will be made available here when accepted entries are published, for swimmers whose entries were not accepted who would like to be placed on the reserve list form.
All visiting clubs are asked to provide Technical Officials to support the running of the meet
